I was lax this week in making progress in my final project. I hadn't realized that I hadn't done as much work as I usually do until I had started researching for my final project. When I was reading articles and absorbing information and making questions, I had realized that I had done quite little and that there was much left to accomplish. How I can solve this dilemma is by one of two ways, with one being a designated time dedicated to working on the final project, and a time where distractions are minimal and I am focused completely on one thing. While seemingly unrelated to the field of Law, having a solid grasp on time management on a field that is known for the atrocious working hours is paramount to leading an enjoyable life. While reaching this conclusion, I have decided that I will distribute my time by the hour and the work done, while focusing on a specific goal. While one would have concerns on a time based schedule, the concerns would be assuaged when knowing that the hour functions mostly as a time of no distractions, with one hour being dedicated to no distractions, and the next being sprinkled with distractions and then a return.
