A Week of Lessons

This week was somewhat stressful, with the original work proposal due Friday, and the growth presentation being on Wednesday. When working on my slides Sunday night, I was confident in the end product and had then made my speech. However, Tuesday night, when I had my 6th go through, I realized that the speech wasn't enough. It was too all over the place and lacked clarity when it came on my personal growth. I had then redone my presentation last minute, remaking the speech, culminating in a presentation that gave me a lot of anxiety. However, when I presented, I didn't showcase that anxiety and instead made a well spoken speech with a somewhat decent presentation slide. The preparations for the speech has many lessons. The biggest lesson for me is that I present quite well when I have a presentation that gives me fluidity and doesn't constrain me into speaking in a rigid speech. I also needed to use more pictures when presenting.
The other big thing this week was the Original Work Proposal, something that I wasn't as nervous for, as the project itself was something that I had long thought about. One thing I do regret is a lack of diagrams and pictures in the paper itself in order to give a better more informative proposal, but over it was a solid paper.
