ISM was not as busy this week. A majority of my time was spent for other classes, and I was quite lax on calling professionals to have interviews, something I attribute to my satisfaction with my interview with Mr. Flagg. This week was quite disappointing on my oath to have strengthen my consistency, as I had misses the deadline to indicate that I had an interview on the Excel sheet, as well as missing the deadline to submit this week's blog. This is a strong setback to my streak, as I was doing quite well the two weeks prior, setting up a new system to stay accountable and on top of the items of the day. My current system is writing down the things that must be done for the day on a sticky note and plastering it right next to me when I have to accomplish things. This system worked excellently until this week, where I had neglected to write down the things that must be done for ISM, missing the Band notifications, and focusing on classes such as Calculus, where I am struggling as of now. While it is easy to stay frustrated and to be demoralized, that does not progress me as an individual and does not get me to the zenith that I can reach. This next week will be focused on making more phone calls and gaining more interviews.
